1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, viewing, interacting with, or transmitting inquiries through the web application hosted at brightbasketbrowsng.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound unconditionally by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Traveler") and BrightBasket Browsing Sp. z o.o., registered in Warsaw, Poland. If you do not consent to all provisions set forth herein, you must immediately terminate use of this portal.

2. Intellectual Property Rights & Kinetic Architecture

All visual design elements, interactive kinetic grid algorithms, layout compositions, custom vector icons, textual historical documentation, curated culinary dossiers, and brand identifiers displayed on this platform are the exclusive intellectual property of BrightBasket Browsing Sp. z o.o. or its licensed contributors.

You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to view the materials for private, non-commercial travel planning.
Systematic extraction, web scraping, data harvesting, or mirror-framing of our destination coordinate index, architectural analyses, or novel card components without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

3. Traveler Obligations & Conduct

Users agree not to utilize the Service for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to:

Injecting malicious software, automated scripts, worms, or denial-of-service stress tools targeting our European edge infrastructure.
Transmitting fraudulent, defamatory, or abusive transmissions via the expedition inquiry contact form.
Misrepresenting affiliation with Polish municipal heritage boards, UNESCO committees, or official regional tourism organizations (POT).

4. Accuracy of Regional Dossiers & Mountain Disclaimers

While Brightbasket Browsing endeavors to maintain uncompromising factual rigor regarding museum operating hours, mountain trail difficulty grades, ticket pricing, and heritage regulations, conditions on the ground vary dynamically:

Alpine Conditions: Routes in the High Tatras (such as Orla Perć or Rysy ascents) carry inherent physical hazards, rapid weather reversals, and avalanche risks. Our itineraries are educational and do not substitute for certified Tatrzańskie Ochotnicze Pogotowie Ratunkowe (TOPR) mountain rescue forecasts or professional guide supervision.
Heritage Access: Renovation cycles, national holidays, and conservation closures may impact historical castle access (e.g. Malbork or Wawel Castle). We accept no liability for on-site timetable divergences.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Polish and European Union law, BrightBasket Browsing Sp. z o.o., its directors, employees, and regional researchers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use this platform, reliance on travel recommendations, or interactions with third-party service providers.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be construed and governed strictly under the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent civil court having territorial jurisdiction over the registered seat of the Company in Warsaw, Poland.

7. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the sovereign right to modify, amend, or deprecate any portion of the interactive kinetic map, sub-page dossiers, or these Terms at any juncture. Continued utilization of the portal post-amendment constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
